Hi there! Thank you for taking a bit of time to get to know more about me. First, I would like to honor the process you are going through in deciding who to invite on your journey. I have made these decisions in my own life, and know your village is very important.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida with PsyPact membership to see clients through most of the United States (PsyPact participating states). My training and clinical work has taken me on many journeys as I have traveled to several countries and worked in lots of different settings. I have greatly enjoyed working with children and families helping them develop healthy attachments and heal relational wounds.

As a holistic psychologist, my approach is blended with many therapeutic frameworks so that I am able to tailor my work to your specific needs. Whether it is concrete tools you’re seeking or space to process your experiences, you lead the way. I pull in elements of cognitive therapies along with emotion and narrative approaches to unpack your stories and the interconnection between your emotional and thought experiences. I understand that your experience of life is not in isolation, but in relationship with others. I help you explore how you experience relationships and invite you see if there are areas you want to tend to. Through Somatic Therapy you can invite your soma (entire being) into the healing experience, which includes noticing what your body is communicating and needing.
